Beer battered Tilapia


Beer battered Tilapia


1 cup flour
1 cup beer
1 egg
salt
pepper

Added 1 tbs of butter garlic seasoning

Mix wet ingredients together then the dry ingredients then combine
Dip fish in mix of flour / cornstarch first then batter

fry in oil


serve with
vinegar
tartar sauce
remoulade
