Chinese meat marinade

Mix:
1 Tbs of corn starch
2 Tbs of Hoisin sauce
1 Tbs of soy sauce
1 Tsp of sugar
1 Tbs of garlic salt or garlic powder

Add pork, chicken, or shrimp to marinade
