Meatball Sub

In a bowl mix 1 Lbs of ground beef and 1 Lbs of Italian pork sausage.
Add 2 eggs and mix
Add 1 Tbs of seasoned salt
Add 1 Tbs of garlic salt
Add 1 tsp of fennel seed
Add 1 Cup of cooked rice
Add 1/4 Cup of ketchup

Form meatballs about 3" in diameter
Place meatballs at least 1" apart on a pan
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Place meatball pan in the oven and cook for about 25 minutes

Remove meatballs from the oven

Cut 4 to 6 hoagie buns open and butter the insides
Sprinkle a small amount of garlic salt over the butter.
Place on pan and put in oven for 5 minutes

In a medium sized pot heat Marinara sauce till warm.

Place two meatballs in each hoagie bun.
Pour marinara sauce over meatballs to cover them.
Add one handful of shredded mozarella over the meatballs
Put hoagies on pan

Set oven on broil at 350 degrees.
Put hoagies in the oven for 5 minutes
