Pork Machaca (Pulled Pork)

Cover a 3-5 lb pork butt roast with water in a large pot
Add 5 chili peppers
Add 2 tsp of oregano
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add 10 Garlic Cloves
Add 1 can of diced tomatoes

Cook on med-low heat covered for 8 hours

Remove pork from pot and shred.

Server in burritos, enchiladas, pork sandwiches, etc...
