Breakfast Burrito

Heat 1 Tbs of oil in a pan (Olive, Canola) on medium-low heat
Add 1/3 cup of diced Green Bell Pepper (or half green pepper half red pepper)
Add 1/3 cup of diced onion
Cook until onion is starting to turn transluscent
Add 1 Lbs of pork sausage in pan and raise heat to medium
Add 1 tsp of fennel seed
Cook until pork is fully cooked

In a bowl mix
5 eggs
1/4 cup of milk and whisk

In a seperate pan, heat on medium heat
Add the egg mix and scrape the bottom of the pan constanly until eggs are fully cooked and scrambled.

Mix eggs and sausage mix in pan.
Add mix to tortilla shell with your favorite shredded cheese and picante sauce.
Top with sour cream.
