Mashed Potatoes

Cut 5 to 8 small to medium sized yukon gold potatos into quarters
Add to large pot and fill with enough water to cover the potatos
Boil potatos until soft (15 min or so)
Drain water from pot
Add a couple shakes of seasoned salt, pepper, and oregano
Add several shakes of garlic salt
Add 2 Tbs of butter
Add 1 container of sour cream
Add 1 small container of cream cheese
Add few handfuls of shredded cheddar cheese
Mix with mixer till creamy
